Veridos Compliance Organization

The central elements of compliance organization is the Compliance office of Veridos GmbH. A Chief Compliance Officer who reports directly to the CEO is appointed as the head compliance.

The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is supported by Local Compliance Officers (LCO) at each Veridos business location. There is also a Compliance Committee at the parent company level. The CCO and representatives from a wide range of departments meet under the chairmanship of the CEO to exchange information on current compliance cases and topics. The objective is to analyze identified risks and new legal requirements in order to be able to modify processes early on if required.
